Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Gioco di ottima qualità. Non l'ho ancora montato ( sono molti pezzi ci vorrà parecchio) e do per scontato che sia completo di ogni componente. Il problema è che l'ordine è stato effettuato il 2 di dicembre 2017 ed il pacco sia stato consegnato solo oggi, 15 marzo, e solo dopo aver aperto controversia ottenendo una nuova spedizione. La nuova spedizione è avvenuta dopo la fine del capodanno cinese, la controversia è stata aperta prima della festività. Il pacco è arrivato tardi sia per il natale che per il compleanno di mia figlia (a fine febbraio), non ordinerei per una circostanza specifica. assurdo che un venditore professionale abbia aspettato la mia lamentela per veririficare se l'ordine, vecchio di mesi, fosse o meno giunto a destinazione.

El artículo se corresponde con la descripción. las piezas iguales que las de la marca conocida, alguna ajusta un poco más dura y otra un poco más blanda, pero la mayoría correctas. Van en bolsitas numeradas y todas juntas envueltas en plastico de burbuja junto con el libreto de instrucciones. No lleva caja de ningún tipo. La relación calidad-precio me parece muy buena. El envío ha sido rápido, no ha llegado a dos semanas.

Envio muy rápido. Apenas en dos semanas en Madrid y no lo enviaron por Correos, por lo que llego todavía más rápido. No lleva caja pero las bolsas están numeradas e incluye todo lo necesario para montarlo. A priori las piezas no muestran defectos. Esperaré a montarlo para revisar la valoración.

Конструктор очень красивый, большой, интересный. Сложный, ребёнку 7 лет потребовалась помощь, хотя обычно собирает сама. Детальки это конечно проблемка, за это минус звезда, не всё хорошо крепится, уже в самом начале пришлось добавлять детали из другого конструктора, чтобы укрепить основание. И ещё детали для скольжения лучше всего крепить в конце, когда всё почти собрано (по схеме они крепятся в середине сборки, но это не удобно). В целом, своих денег он стоит.
Все на высшем уровне ! Спасибо!!!
