Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The driver disk the store did not put. Iron is normal, except ssd. Os had to reinstall and properly activate itself. Components are also better to buy yourself :)

I ordered the goods on 08.04.2019. The goods were delivered to israel by dhl express delivery service 22.04.2019. The store is sociable, answered all my questions. For an additional fee installed me dual-band module (2 ghz and 5 ghz) wi-fi c bluethooth 4.0, installed windows 10 pro, put in the kit to the computer hdmi cable and wiring and screws for the possibility of connecting an additional hdd, put in the kit a stand for the vertical location of the computer, tested the computer before sending. The seller put a newer intel (r) _ core (tm) _ i5-8350U_CPU_@_1.70GHz processor (instead of intel (r) _ core (tm) _ i5-8250_CPU_@_1.70GHz-as indicated on the product page). The box came intact. With normal use (office programs, internet and other body is barely warm, i do not play games. Purchase is satisfied!

All elements of the computer are working, tested by the programs of testing cpu, memory and sdd. Installed windows 10 pro, update from the microsoft site works. When using resource-intensive applications (game subnautica, average quality settings), the cpu temperature reached 90 degrees c, the body was highly heated. Cpu destruction temperature-100 degrees c. Installed on the lower air intake fan 40x40 12 v dc, powered from the fan connector on the processor board. The fan is connected through the thermostat type "no 40 degrees c". The thermostat pressed inside the case by the corner of the fastening of the port strap. The main part of the fan is not included, only included in games. With fan cpu temperature does not exceed 75 degrees, the body cooled well. What did not like: memory and sdd from a set of computer unknown (cheap) manufacturers. I recommend them to buy separately.
Assembled perfectly!!! Processor i5 8350. The system disk 128 gb is divided into 2 volumes. I'm happy. How will work i will write later (in a month)

Доволен до оболдения, стоит на столе не шумит, не гремит, работает шустро. Перезагрузка занимает всего 5 сек. Довольно шустро конвертирует видео. Не знаю как с играми, я в них не играю. ОЕМ лицензия Windows 10 pro 1703. Русский языковый пакет стоит. Только в параметрах необходимо поставить основным языком =русский=, иначе возникают проблемы. Короче тем кто не заморачивается с современными играми (хотя все игры выпуска до 2012 г. на нем пойдут) советую и рекомендую.
Долго отправляли, долго шло. Привезли на дом. Комп с предустоновленной виндой 10. Ставил свою. WoT sd при штатных настройках идут без фризов. Рекомендую.
Получил товар. Заказывал первый раз. Волнения естественны. Было несколько непонятно, почему номер моего заказа на АлиЕсперсс не совпал с номером присланного товара? Скорее всего, что-то не дочитал)) ПК упакован был надежно: черный компактный быстрый неттоп. Курьер терпеливо подождал сына. Сын (это для него был куплен) подключил, все нормально. 10-ый, диск поделен, инет работает, фильмы хорошего качества показывает без задержек. М.б., поделить диск нужно было поровну? Но это уже дело не продавца)

ПК супер. Маленький, красивый. Всё классно собрано. Не скрипит, не люфтит. Дополнительные кабели в коробке, всё как в описании. Подключил HDMI, блок в розетку, и всё работает. Пока не тестил, не играл, не напрягал. Здесь-же взял лицензионную ОС - win10 PRO. Всё супер. Вот только крепление VESA не подошла к моему ТВ, нужны дополнительные крепления, но это уже моя проблема, не продавца. Доставка мега быстрая. До Кишинёва дошёл за ДВА!! дня. Но попал как-раз на праздники, и поэтому задержался немного - ещё 3 дня. В целом рекомендую и товар и продавца. Пока 5 звёзд. Надеюсь будет работать долго и без сбоев.

Это второй компьютер, купленный у этого производителя. По сравнению с первым он уменьшился по высоте на два сантиметра, но стал толще на сантиметр. Я поставил в него две RAM Kingston по 4 GB и SSD Samsung 120GB и установил ОС Windows 7. Компьютер быстрый, работает нормально. Недостатков всего два: первый это WiFi-модуль. Система его видит не как WiFi, а как Bluetooth. К тому же модуль давал заметный шум на аналоговом видеовыходе. Пришлось от него избавиться. Второй недостаток это аудиовыход, у которого нет усилителя. Это просто линейный выход, поэтому он не тянет наушники. Годится только для подключения активных колонок.
Я заказал Intel Core i5 7200U 16GB Ram 256GB SSD + Bluetooth + лицензионную Windows 10. Все пришло нормально. Никаких проблем с аппаратными средствами. SSD был разбит на два раздела 50 GB (система) и 210 GB для данных. Я объединил все это в один раздел. На нижней части корпуса - марка с лицензионным кодом активации Microsoft. Но и без этого кода все пока работает хорошо. Устройство очень понравилось. Работает быстро. По результатам проверки в течение нескольких дней дефектов не замечено. Windows показывает нормальную работу всей периферии. Очень удобно иметь 4 USB на передней части корпуса и 4 USB на задней. Ножки для вертикального расположения мне не понравились, но я планирую располагать устройство горизонтально. Разъемы для антенн WI-FI на корпусе гнездовые. Для подключения других антенн нужно купить переходники SMA штырь-штырь. Но и комплектные антенны работают хорошо. Устройство полностью оправдало мои ожидания.

Претензий к качеству товара нет, все согласно описанию, за исключением переводческой перезагрузки в первое время. Другой минус, возможно только для меня, это наличие bios, а не uefi. Блин на дворе 18 год, а они это дерьмо до сих суют. Отдельная история с доставкой, заказал 1 февраля специально чтобы успеть до китайского нового года, но нет. Они промурыжили с отправлением неделю и 7 февраля говорят, чувак, что ты хотел у нас подготовка к НГ. Блин до нового года ещё одна неделя, а они мне - не суетись, натуралы блин. В итоге доставили за пару дней до 60 дней, если бы ещё задержали с доставкой, то точно бы открыл спор. Что в сухом остатке, товар вроде неплох, но заказывать ещё раз я бы к них не стал
ПК мне лично понравился , windows лицензия корпоративная , память samsung , Kingspec диск 128 ГБ разбит на два диска . По поводу температуры , за два часа работы при обновлении windows в программе aida 64 показано 61 градус . Была проблема с модулем wifi , но после обновления windows ( лицензия осталась ) проблема , убралась . Вывод , кому нужен такой ПК , можно брать ! Обязательно сделаю дополнение ! Забыл сказать , ОЧЕНЬ БЫСТРЫЙ ! СПАСИБО ПРОДАВЦУ !!! I Personally liked the PC, windows corporate license, Samsung memory, Kingspec disk 128 GB is divided into two disks. Regarding the temperature, for two hours of work when updating windows in the program aida 64 shows 61 degrees. There was a problem with the wifi module, but after updating windows (the license was left) the problem was gone. Conclusion, who needs such a PC, you can take! Be sure to make an addition! Сам компьютер пока понравился. включился бесшумно ии очень быстро. доставка оказалась ужасной. заказ сделан 13 февраля. Продавец рассказывал что у них китайский новый год. в результате выслана посылка была 5 марта и дошла до меня только 28 марта. Винда была уже установлена, но без первых приветственных экранов. Создан пользователь User.

Шустрый комп. Лучше использовать под Вин10. Для Вин8.1 пришлось поискать драйвера видео, да и обновления системы не работают, т.к. процессоры 7 серии официально не поддерживаются в Вин8.1 и более старых версиях.
По России шел 3 дня до Омска. Пятнадцать дней мурыжили по Китаю,оправдываясь последствиями китайского нового года .Оперативка-Samsung, SSD-KINGFAST.Стояла по заказу WIN 10rus pro-обновляется. Компьютер-супер.
Доставка за счет Китайского нового года была долгая, но я к тому был готов, все отлично работает, рекомендую.

For the price, this device is amazing. I have had it setup with Ubuntu Linux and played a heap of different games available on Steam, including Dota2, and it runs fantastic. The only issue I am seeing is I am unable to replace the wifi card. Every card I have tried has failed to work and this isn't a Linux problem. The motherboard is not detecting them. One of them actually stopped all the USB ports from functioning.
The mini PC and its components comply with the description. The assembly is of good quality. Once connected to the different devices just press power for the whole works. It requires a good knowledge of Windows 10 to make it pass from English to French because the manipulation is not intuitive. I recommend this mini PC.

Получил компьютер,доставка быстрая,есть одна проблема при подключение монитора к разъему VGA появляется на мониторе рябь на светлом экране ,подключаю через разъем HDMI к ЖК телевизору вроде все нормально ряби нет.В остальном как в описание ниже техника быстрая,приятно работать .По проблеме ряби писал продавцу,предложил отсоединить ВайФай посмотреть ,пропадет ли проблема но советом не воспользовался .оставил как есть сильно не напрягает .В общем продавца рекомендую.Драйвера сам комп нашел ,для карты загружал на сайте Intel .

Livraison en 3 semaines, commandé SSD 256G et reçu SSD 512G (malgré mon refus de payer l'extra de 70$ demandé par le vendeur qui n'avait plus de 256G). Par contre la version de Windows10 n'était pas activée et il y'avait des fichiers et dossiers suspect (en chinois) donc j'ai préféré formater et installé un Windows10 officiel. Les drivers sont sur un CD-ROM ce qui n'est pas très pratique car pas de lecteur CD-ROM mais Windows trouve bien tous les drivers (via le gestionnaire de périphérique). J'ai rajouté également un disque dur HDD de 512G sans problème grâce aux câbles fournis. Sur mon boitier, 4 ports USB 3 à l'arrière et 1 port USB 2 à l'avant avec un port carte SD (j'aurais préféré les 4 ports USB 2 à l'avant comme sur une photo de l'article).

Installed Broadcom wifi card does not work correctly. It constantly resets itself and needs to be replaced. Seller didn't offer much help with that. Included driver CD was mostly useless.
