A: You can tell us the IMEI of your GPS tracker. Then you can respectively send a command PARAM#, GPRSSET# and STATUS# by your phone through SMS, and forward these reply to us. When we receive your IMEI and these reply, we will help you to solve this problem more easily and efficiency.
2. Q: What is the warranty for your GPS tracker?
A: For most consumer electronics, the seller just provide one year warranty. If you buy our GPS tracker and use our platform for lifetime use, We will provide three years warranty.
3. Q: How do I get access to your Platform “Tracksolid”
A: When you use your computer, you can search “ www.tracksolid.com“ to get our platform. When you use your phone, you can download our APP “Tracksolid” from APP store or Google play.
4. Q: How to activate the GPS tracker?
A: If you are from the Europe, Asia, Middle-east, Africa, Oceanian, Brazil You just need to insert a 2G SIM card ( Support 900/1800 frequency). If you are from USA, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia etc South American countries, please buy the 2G SIM card (Support 850/1900MHz) with enough data and credit and use your own cellphone to edit SMS with—— “MODE,2,180#”, then download the “Tracksolid” APP, register it with your email and bound the IMEI on the device, can see the real time position by APP then.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
